it's important to use salon quality products for at home maintenance! think of it as an insurance policy for your hair! your stylist can help recommend the right products for your hair type and lifestyle as we carry a number of professional product lines in salon.

please come with CLEAN, DRY hair! there has been a common misconception that dirty hair takes color better and this is absolutely FALSE. in fact, it makes our job harder! and please, day of appointment, if you use a root powder to hide grays in between, please skip it! color has a very hard time getting through the powder!

we understand that there can be some worry behind service cost. we always offer consultations, free of charge, to give a more accurate quote in advance. we are always willing to work within a budget, within reason, and are happy to recommend looks based on your budget and lifestyle, also! 

do we offer wedding services?

we currently do NOT offer any wedding hair or makeup services at this time.

how do I find your suite?

enter the grandview office building (entrance next to Malarkey's) then take either the stairs or the elevator up to the fourth floor. go through the glass door and head down the hallway to the right and we are at the end.

how far in advance should I book my appointment?

depending on the time of year, some of us book out as far as 6-8 weeks, so please make sure to book far enough ahead!

what color line do you use?

we are all independent stylists, so we all use something different. if you are particular about a certain line or product, please call the salon and we can assist you from there to match you with someone if they use it.
